1. Korištenje i izmjene

   Ovi Opći uvjeti korištenja odnose se na upotrebu usluga online prodaje BOULEUMA j.d.o.o. dostupnih na www.pekatradition.com. Web stranice i druge usluge Peka Tradition-a mogu se koristiti besplatno, u skladu s ovim uvjetima. Korištenjem usluge, obvezujete se poštivati ove uvjete.

   U slučaju više sile ili drugih izvanrednih situacija, BOULEUMA j.d.o.o. zadržava pravo usporiti ili potpuno prekinuti pružanje usluga, uključujući onemogućavanje pristupa online platformi i isporuke već naručene robe. Promjene ovih uvjeta mogu se dogoditi u bilo kojem trenutku, stoga preporučujemo da ih redovito provjeravate.

2. Uvjeti kupnje
   Uvjeti kupnje proizvoda na www.pekatradition.com obuhvaćaju registraciju, naručivanje, otpremu, plaćanje, preuzimanje te mogućnost povrata/reklamacija. Sve cijene su izražene u eurimai uključuju PDV.

   2.2. Naručivanje robe
   Proizvodi se naručuju elektroničkim putem. Klikom na "Dodaj" proizvod se dodaje u košaricu, a narudžba je potvrđena nakon završetka postupka naplate. Nakon potvrde narudžbe, primit ćete automatski generiranu e-mail potvrdu.

   2.3. Otprema robe
   Naručeni proizvodi bit će složeni na način koji sprječava oštećenje tijekom transporta. Prije preuzimanja, savjetujemo da pregledate pošiljku i prijavite eventualna oštećenja.

   2.4. Plaćanje robe

   In the event of force majeure or other exceptional circumstances, BOULEUMA j.d.o.o. reserves the right to slow down or completely interrupt the provision of services, including restricting access to the online platform and the delivery of orders already placed. These terms and conditions may be amended at any time, and you are therefore advised to consult them regularly.

2. Terms and conditions of purchase
   The conditions for purchasing products on www.pekatradition.com include registration, ordering, dispatch, payment, receipt and the possibility of return/complaint. All prices are in euros and include VAT.

   BOULEUMA j.d.o.o. reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of abuse or non-compliance with the conditions. It also reserves the right to deactivate user accounts in the event of unacceptable behaviour.

   2.3. Shipping of products
   The products ordered will be packaged in such a way as to avoid damage during transport. Before taking possession of the products, it is advisable to check the condition of the package and report any damage.

   2.4. Payment for products
   The products ordered can be paid for via one of the payment methods offered on the pekatradition.com website. The amount is reserved at the time of order and the final payment is made after delivery.

   2.5. Receipt of orders
   Orders are delivered within the available slots at the time of order confirmation. In the event of non-receipt of the order without a valid reason, BOULEUMA j.d.o.o. reserves the right to claim compensation for the costs incurred.
