Povrat i reklamacije

Niste zadovoljni našom uslugom ili isporučenim proizvodom? Slobodno nam se obratite s povjerenjem, a mi ćemo vaš prigovor ili reklamaciju riješiti u najkraćem mogućem roku. Učinit ćemo sve kako bismo unaprijedili i poboljšali uslugu prema vašim povratnim informacijama. Pismeni prigovor možete poslati putem e-maila na contact@pekatradition.com. Također, na istu adresu možete uputiti i žalbe u vezi s našom uslugom. Kako bismo što brže riješili vaš prigovor, molimo da navedete broj računa te kratko opišete na što se prigovor odnosi (primjerice, u slučaju reklamacije zbog materijala, priložite opis ili fotografiju proizvoda ako je vizualno moguće predočiti problem). Nakon zaprimanja prigovora, poslat ćemo vam potvrdu o prijemu te ćemo u skladu sa Zakonom o zaštiti potrošača odgovoriti najkasnije u roku od 15 dana.

Prilikom preuzimanja pošiljke, pregledajte eventualna vanjska oštećenja, jer svojim potpisom potvrđujete da ste pošiljku primili neoštećenu.

1. Pravo kupca na jednostrani raskid ugovora

Ugovor sklopljen s BOULEUMA j.d.o.o. je jednokratan ugovor o kupnji proizvoda. Prema Zakonu o zaštiti potrošača, imate pravo raskinuti ugovor sklopljen putem internetske trgovine bez navođenja razloga u roku od 14 dana od dana primitka proizvoda. U tom roku potrebno je poslati pisanu obavijest o raskidu ugovora putem e-maila na contact@pekatradition.com, zajedno s vašim podacima (ime, prezime, adresa, broj telefona ili e-mail adresa). Standardni obrazac za raskid ugovora možete preuzeti putem poveznice (NAPRAVITI OBRAZAC).

U slučaju raskida ugovora, svaka strana vraća drugoj ono što je primila na temelju ugovora. Nakon što primimo vašu izjavu o raskidu, obavijestit ćemo vas o primitku te ćemo povrat novca izvršiti najkasnije u roku od 14 dana, nakon što roba bude vraćena.

Kupac je odgovoran za umanjenje vrijednosti proizvoda zbog rukovanja koje nije nužno za utvrđivanje prirode, značajki ili funkcionalnosti robe. Detalje o raskidu ugovora i primjerak obrasca možete pronaći na poveznici.

Ako kupac raskine ugovor, dužan je robu vratiti u originalnoj i neoštećenoj ambalaži, sa svim pripadajućim dijelovima i dokumentacijom. BOULEUMA j.d.o.o. zadržava pravo na procjenu smanjenja vrijednosti robe zbog oštećenja ambalaže ili proizvoda, te će o tome obavijestiti kupca.

Troškove povrata robe snosi kupac, a ako proizvod nije moguće vratiti poštom, možete nas kontaktirati na contact@pekatradition.com radi dogovora o načinu vraćanja proizvoda.

Kada nemate pravo na jednostrani raskid ugovora?

Nemate pravo na jednostrani raskid ugovora ako je proizvod korišten i ako nije u originalnom pakiranju.

2. Internetsko rješavanje sporova

Od 15. veljače 2016. godine, sve sporove vezane uz internetsku kupnju unutar EU moguće je riješiti putem ORS platforme (eng. ODR) kojoj možete pristupiti putem poveznice.

Returns and Complaints

Are you dissatisfied with our service or the product delivered? Feel free to contact us with confidence, and we will resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. We will do our best to improve the service based on your feedback. You can submit a written complaint via email to contact@pekatradition.com. You can also send complaints regarding our service to the same address. In order for us to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible, please include your invoice number and briefly describe what the complaint refers to (for example, in the case of a complaint regarding materials, attach a description or photo of the product if it is visually possible to identify the issue). Upon receipt of your complaint, we will send you an acknowledgment of receipt and, in accordance with consumer protection laws, we will respond to you within 15 days at the latest.

When receiving the shipment, please inspect any external damage, as your signature confirms that you have received the shipment in good condition.

1. Buyer’s Right to Unilateral Contract Termination

The contract entered into with BOULEUMA j.d.o.o is a one-time contract for the purchase of products. In accordance with consumer protection laws, you have the right to terminate a contract concluded through an online store without providing a reason within 14 days of receiving the product. Within this period, you must send a written notice of contract termination via email to contact@pekatradition.com, including your details (name, surname, address, phone number or email address). The standard contract termination form can be downloaded via the link (CREATE A FORM).

In the event of contract termination, each party returns what they received under the contract. Once we receive your termination declaration, we will acknowledge receipt and refund your money no later than 14 days after the return of the goods.

The customer is responsible for any deterioration of the product caused by handling that is not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, or functionality of the goods. Details about contract termination and a copy of the form can be found via the link.

If the buyer terminates the contract, they are required to return the goods in their original, undamaged packaging, with all associated parts and documentation. BOULEUMA j.d.o.o reserves the right to assess the reduction in the value of the goods due to damage to the packaging or product, and will inform the buyer accordingly.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and if the product cannot be returned by post, you can contact us at contact@pekatradition.com to arrange an alternative return method.

When you do not have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract:

2. Online Dispute Resolution

Since February 15, 2016, all disputes related to online purchases within the EU can be resolved through the ORS platform (Online Dispute Resolution), which you can access via the link.
